Business process automation
We automate the back-office work your team repeats every day: invoices, orders, reports and onboarding. It runs in the systems you already use, and a person still approves anything that involves money.
Free blueprint · in your inbox within a few hours · no call needed
Every invoice gets typed twice. Orders wait in an inbox until someone has time. The Monday report takes all of Friday.
None of this is hard. The same twelve clicks happen two hundred times a week. The people doing them were hired for better work.

Pick one. The examples on this page will use it.
We automate one named process at a time. Each one runs in your systems, checks its own work and sends the unusual cases to a person.
It runs inside what you already use: your ERP, CRM, accounting, helpdesk, email, Slack or Teams, shared drives and spreadsheets.

Now count every invoice in the month. Someone does this instead of the job you hired them for.
AI reads the supplier, the lines and the totals from the PDF or the email.
It finds the purchase order and the delivery note and checks every line against them.
It writes the ERP entry, files the copy and asks for approval. Then it reads the ERP back to confirm the entry is really there.
A changed price or a missing delivery note goes to a named person with one button to fix it.
You can stop after any step and keep everything we built.
We map where the hours go and pick the first process worth automating.
One process automated in your real systems, with a result we measure together.
Roll it out to the team, connect the next systems, train the people who use it.
We monitor, fix and improve it. You keep the code either way.
Tell us the process. The free blueprint is in your inbox within a few hours.
Every step is priced on its own, in writing. You can stop after any of them and keep what we built.
A written plan for one process, with what the manual work costs you today.
One to two weeks. Quoted in writing after a free call, before you commit.
Four weeks, one process in your real systems, a result we measure together.
Hosting, monitoring, fixes and improvements. You keep the code either way.
The blueprint shows what the manual work costs you a year, so you can weigh any quote against it before you spend anything.
The blueprint is free. The sprint (1–2 weeks) and the 4-week pilot each have a fixed price, quoted in writing before you commit. After launch, a monthly fee covers hosting, monitoring and fixes. The price depends on how many systems it connects, how clean your data is and how many cases need a person, not on hours logged.
We are an EU company based in Poland. We build on EU-hosted infrastructure by default and keep personal data in the EU wherever we can. When an AI model is part of the flow, we choose an EU-region or self-hosted option. In the Sprint we write down which data moves where, before anything is built.
Yes. The code, the workflows and the documentation are yours and live in your own accounts. If you stop working with us, the automation keeps running and another team can take it over.
Usually the ones you already have: ERP, CRM, accounting, helpdesk, email, Slack or Teams, shared drives and spreadsheets. If a system has an API, a reliable export or a database we may read, we can normally connect it. We confirm each connection in the Sprint, before you commit to the pilot.
The Opportunity Sprint takes 1 to 2 weeks at a fixed price. The pilot takes 4 weeks and ends with one process running in your real systems and a result we measured together. The first automated process is usually live 5 to 6 weeks after we start.
Anything involving money, such as payments, refunds or price changes, waits for a one-click approval by a person. Every run logs what it did and checks the result in the target system. If a step fails, a named person gets an alert with the details, so work never stops silently. Before an alert goes out, the automation checks the data again, because sources can lag. In the Operate phase we watch it, fix it and adapt it when your systems change.
You talk to the senior engineer who would build it, not a salesperson. Bring one process; we tell you plainly whether it's worth automating.
