Field service and inspections

Mobile app development
We build iOS and Android apps for people who work away from a desk. And for customers who would rather tap than call. Every app talks to the systems you already run.

The form is filled in on Monday. It gets typed up on Thursday. The customer reads the report next week.
Your people do good work in the field. The delay is in the paper trail around it. Forms go missing. Photos sit on personal phones. The office calls to ask if a job is done.

Each app does one job well for your team or your customers. The data it captures goes straight to the system that needs it.
It connects to what you already run: your ERP, CRM, field-service or ticketing system, and your own APIs.
For iPhone and iPad fleets. Best when the app relies on the camera, scanning or offline storage.
For the rugged handhelds and scanners that warehouses and plants really use.
One shared core for business rules, data and sync. Native screens on each platform.

Filled in on site. Driven back to the office. Typed into the ERP. Then emailed. Each step waits for a person.
The address, asset history and checklist download in the morning. The app works with no signal.
Required checks cannot be left blank. Each photo attaches to the line it belongs to.
The customer signs on site. The app builds the report from what the technician captured.
The app syncs as soon as it finds signal. The office sees the report, and the invoice can go out the same day.

You can stop after any step and keep everything we built.
We follow one job from start to finish. Together we agree what version one of the app must do.
One flow on real devices, used by a pilot group. Connected to your systems and measured.
Roll out to every team and add the next flows. Publish to the app stores or to company devices.
OS updates, monitoring, fixes and improvements. The code stays yours whatever you decide.
Every step is priced on its own, in writing. You can stop after any of them and keep what we built.
A written plan for one process, including what the manual work costs you today.
We follow one job from start to finish and agree what version one does. Quoted in writing after a free call.

The blueprint shows what the manual work costs you a year, so you can weigh any quote against it before you spend anything.

The blueprint is free. The 1–2 week sprint and the 4-week pilot each have a fixed price, quoted in writing before you commit. After launch, a monthly fee covers OS updates, monitoring and fixes. We price by scope, not by hours. Four things drive it: the platforms, how much must work offline, how many back-office systems the app connects to, and how much design it needs.
We go native, with Swift and SwiftUI on iOS and Kotlin on Android, when the app relies on the camera, scanning, offline work or long daily use. We choose Kotlin Multiplatform when one shared core for rules, data and sync makes sense, with native screens on each platform. We recommend one in the Sprint and write down why.
For field teams, we plan for it from day one. Jobs, forms, photos and signatures are saved on the device. They sync when the connection returns. If two people change the same record, a rule we agree with you decides what happens.
Internal apps can go privately to company devices. We use Apple Business Manager, managed Google Play or the device management you already have. Customer apps go to the App Store and Google Play under your own developer accounts.
Yes. The code, the designs and the store listings are yours, in your accounts. If you stop working with us, another team can take the app over.
We are an EU company based in Poland. By default the app's back end runs on EU-hosted infrastructure, and personal data stays in the EU wherever possible. In the Sprint we document what data the app collects, where it is stored and who can see it.
The Opportunity Sprint takes 1 to 2 weeks at a fixed price. Then a 4-week pilot puts one real flow on real devices, in the hands of a pilot group, and we measure the result together. Full rollout comes once the pilot proves it is worth it. If you already have documentation and agreed requirements, we skip the sprint: a focused app can be built in a couple of weeks, and a very simple one within a week of the signed contract.
You talk to the senior engineer who would build it, not a salesperson. Bring one process; we tell you plainly whether it's worth automating.
