We build internal tools, customer portals, web apps and fast marketing sites. Each one plugs into the systems you already run.

Your orders live in a spreadsheet only one person understands. Customers email to ask where their order is. Nobody dares to sort the file.
You probably do not need a new platform. You need the one tool your team keeps working around, built properly this time.

Each tool does one clear job. It keeps its data in one place and talks to the systems around it.
It connects to what you already use: your ERP, CRM, accounting, payments and email. We link through their APIs or a reliable export.
Widely used, well-supported technology. Any good team can maintain it after us.
EU regions by default. Backups, monitoring and access stay under your control.
Multilingual sites get a proper URL for each language.

It began as a quick fix. Now the business runs on it, and only one person knows how it works.
The data moves into a real database. The v7_FINAL copies and the file passed around by email are gone.
Sales enters orders. Operations approves them. Finance exports them. Nobody overwrites anyone else's work.
Required fields and approval limits. Plus a record of who changed what, and when.
It talks to your ERP and accounting. It runs in the EU. The code lives in your repository.
You can stop after any step and keep everything we built.
We map the spreadsheet or workflow. Together we agree what version one must do.
One working module with real data and real users. It runs next to the old way, and we measure both.
We connect the other systems and move the rest of the data. Then the spreadsheet retires.
Hosting, monitoring, fixes and improvements. The code stays yours whatever you decide.
Every step is priced on its own, in writing. You can stop after any of them and keep what we built.
A written plan for one process, including what the manual work costs you today.

A simple company site is a small fixed-price job. A monthly support fee keeps it updated and secure.
Tell us the process. The free blueprint is in your inbox within a few hours.
The blueprint is free. The 1–2 week sprint and the 4-week pilot each have a fixed price, quoted in writing before you commit. After launch, a monthly fee covers hosting, monitoring and fixes. We price by scope, not by hours. Four things drive it: integrations, users and roles, content and languages, and hosting. A simple company site is a small fixed-price job.
Often, yes. If one fits, we will say so in the Sprint. A custom tool makes sense when the process is what sets you apart. It also makes sense when working around a subscription costs your team more than a build would.
Yes. We import the data and run the new tool next to the spreadsheet during the pilot. You switch over when the team trusts it. The spreadsheet stays as a read-only archive.
We are an EU company based in Poland. We host in EU regions by default, ideally in your own cloud account. Personal data stays in the EU wherever possible. In the Sprint we document what data the tool holds and who can see it.
Yes. The code, the database and the documentation are yours, in your accounts. We use mainstream tools, so another team can take it over.
Yes. Marketing sites come with an editor for pages, text and images. Routine changes don't need a developer. Multilingual sites get a proper URL for each market.
Yes. A simple company site is a small fixed-price job, and it goes live fast. After launch, a monthly support fee keeps it updated and secure. You won't need a site builder or a developer on call.
The Opportunity Sprint takes 1 to 2 weeks at a fixed price. Then a 4-week pilot delivers one working module, used by real people on real data, and we measure the result together. We build the rest once the pilot proves it is worth it. If you already have documentation and agreed requirements, we skip the sprint: a focused web app can be built in a couple of weeks, and a very simple one within a week of the signed contract.
You talk to the senior engineer who would build it, not a salesperson. Bring one process; we tell you plainly whether it's worth automating.
