AI chatbots & voice agents
We build AI agents for chat, WhatsApp, email and phone. They answer from your documents, book in your systems and pass the hard cases to a person with the whole story written down.

Most days, your team answers the same ten questions. The best leads write when nobody is there to reply.
Skilled people spend hours on “where is my order” and “can I move my appointment”. Calls end in voicemail. Late enquiries wait for the morning, and some customers buy from whoever replied first.

Pick your industry. The examples below will switch to it.
A chat, a message, an email or a call: the agent uses the same knowledge, follows the same rules and hands over the same way.
Answers questions about products, delivery and policies on your site. It also qualifies leads and books calls.
Many customers would rather write than call. Order status, changes and reminders stay in one thread.
Reads every incoming email. It sends the routine replies and drafts the rest for a person to approve.
Answers every call in a natural voice and handles it the way a good receptionist would.
An assistant for your own staff. It answers IT, HR and procedure questions inside the chat tool they already use.
It connects to the tools you already run: CRM, ERP, helpdesk, booking calendars, order and shipping systems, shared drives and wikis.

On your website, on WhatsApp or by phone. Nobody on your team is at a desk, and nobody has to be.
It reads your warranty terms and service manual. The customer sees which page the answer came from.
It checks the installation date in your CRM and puts a visit in the technician calendar.
Only you can waive a fee. The agent tells the customer so and does not guess.
The ticket holds a summary, the history and the booked visit. Nobody asks the customer to repeat anything.
You are chatting with an AI assistant. You can ask for a person at any time.
CustomerHi, the boiler shows error E9 again. Is it still under warranty, and can someone come out?
Yes. Your boiler was installed in March 2025, so the warranty runs until March 2027 1. E9 usually means low water pressure, so please check the pressure gauge first 2.
ActionVisit booked: tomorrow, 08:00–10:00. Confirmation sent by SMS.CRM · technician calendar
CustomerCan you waive the call-out fee? This is the third time.
AI agentOur service team decides on fees. I have passed your request on with everything we discussed.
To a personThird E9 fault since installation. Under warranty, visit booked. Customer asks to waive the call-out fee.
Tell us the process. The free blueprint is in your inbox within a few hours.

Questions, bookings and order checks are handled at any hour, in the customer’s own language. Your team only picks up what needs a person.
Before launch we agree in writing what the agent may answer, what it may do and when it must hand over. Then we test it on your real questions.
Your documents, help centre and systems. We leave out outdated files on purpose.
If the sources don’t support an answer, the agent says so and offers a person.
It hands over by rule, on request or when it is unsure. A summary goes with it, so the customer never starts again.
Every chat and call opens with a clear notice, as the EU AI Act’s transparency rules require.
We collect only what the task needs and set how long it is kept. Calls are recorded only with consent. You get a written map of where each piece of data goes.
We host in an EU region by default when the providers allow it. We review conversations regularly and fix wrong answers at the source.
We build and test the agent; we do not certify it. If a use case may need a legal view, such as health data, we raise it early so your lawyer can assess it.
You can stop after any step and keep everything we built.
We map where the hours go and pick the first process worth automating.
One process automated in your real systems, with a result we measure together.
Roll it out to the team, connect the next systems, train the people who use it.
We monitor, fix and improve it. You keep the code either way.
Every step is priced on its own, in writing. You can stop after any of them and keep what we built.
A written plan for one process, with what the manual work costs you today.
One to two weeks. Quoted in writing after a free call, before you commit.
Four weeks, one process in your real systems, a result we measure together.
Hosting, monitoring, fixes and improvements. You keep the code either way.
The quote estimates running costs such as AI model usage and phone minutes, so the monthly total holds no surprises.
Website chat, WhatsApp, Messenger, email and phone. For staff, it can also run as a helpdesk in your internal chat tool. Most companies start with one or two channels and add more once the answers are proven. Knowledge and rules are shared, so each new channel builds on the work already done.
All the major European languages, including English, Polish, German, French, Spanish and Italian. It can reply in the customer’s language even when your documents are in another one. Before launch we test every language you need on real questions.
Usually the ones you already have: CRM, ERP, helpdesk, booking calendars, order and shipping systems, shared drives and wikis. If a system has an API, a reliable export or a database we may read, we can normally connect it. We confirm each connection before you commit to a pilot.
It says so. The agent answers only from approved sources. When nothing supports an answer, it passes the conversation to a person with a summary of what was asked and what was done. You set the rules: which topics always go to a person, and how a handover reaches your team.
We test it on your real questions, labelled with the right answer. For a European B2B company we tested a sales-support Slack bot on thousands of real questions. Before launch, the share of questions it ignored fell from 36% to 5%. Figures are adjusted for confidentiality, with the ratios kept. The pilot then runs on real conversations in your real systems, and we measure the result together.
Current voice models sound natural and reply fast enough for a normal phone call. The delay depends on the voice model, the phone provider and how many systems the agent checks during the call. We test it on your real call types and tune it before launch. Callers can ask for a person at any time.
We are an EU company based in Poland, and we design for GDPR from the start. That means EU-region hosting where possible, providers and settings that do not train on your data, fixed retention periods, and call recording only with the caller’s consent. Every chat and call starts by telling people they are talking to an AI.
The blueprint is free. The sprint and the pilot each have a fixed price, quoted in writing before you commit. After launch, a monthly fee covers hosting, monitoring and improvements. The price depends on the channels, the systems it connects to, the state of your data and how many cases need a person. We do not bill by the hour. The quote also estimates running costs such as AI model usage and phone minutes.
You talk to the senior engineer who would build it, not a salesperson. Bring one process; we tell you plainly whether it's worth automating.
